Terms & Conditions

Terms and conditions governing use of CityGlide employee transportation and mobility services.

CityGlide's Responsibilities Include

  • Booking valid transport and issuing valid documentation accepted by operators on our network.
  • Refund and support on cancellation: if the customer pays in advance and cancels before 45 minutes of the scheduled trip, refund will be processed online within 8–10 business days.
  • Customer support and information regarding delays or inconvenience.

CityGlide's Responsibilities Do Not Include

  • Operator not departing or reaching on time; conduct of operator employees; seat quality.
  • Operator cancellation; lost, stolen, or damaged baggage; taking longer routes.
  • Last-minute vehicle changes; incorrect boarding points; operator using pickup vehicle to reach departure point.

Quotes and Payment

The customer agrees to pay: meter or fixed fare as applicable; toll charges when crossing toll roads; parking fees; night surcharge where applicable; and any fees or levies required by law.

Variations

Services are used at the customer's sole risk. CityGlide disclaims warranties regarding condition, suitability, quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service.

We may amend these terms by updating this page at https://cityglidetravel.com/terms-conditions. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

Liability

CityGlide's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law for failure to provide transport, system failures, or related issues. The customer agrees to indemnify CityGlide against claims arising from misuse of services or breach of these terms.

General

  • Call centre calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes.
  • GPS tracking on registered vehicles is used for security and operational purposes.
  • CityGlide may terminate bookings without prior notice in cases of misuse or non-compliance.
  • Lost items: we will endeavour to locate items but are not responsible for loss or damage.
  • Complaints or lost goods must be notified in writing within 24 hours.
  • Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in the respective city of service within India.

Website & Intellectual Property

All material on this website is owned or licensed by CityGlide. Reproduction is prohibited except as permitted by applicable copyright law. Trademarks are acknowledged. Unauthorized use may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

Data Protection

  • We are authorized to use location data from telecom providers when bookings are made via mobile.
  • Contact information may be used for service updates and, where permitted, marketing communications.
  • Customer particulars may be disclosed to group companies, authorized operators, government bodies, or third parties as required for service delivery or by law.
  • We do not warrant that the website or email is free of viruses; CityGlide is not liable for damages arising from use of the site.
