Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are available on bookings cancelled 48 hours before the travel date.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of travel: 50% of the trip cost is refundable.
  • Cancellations within 12 hours of travel: 100% of a one-day trip cost is forfeited.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Bookings cancelled within 12 hours of the travel date are not eligible for a refund.

To request a refund, contact sales@cityglidetravel.com within the applicable refund period. Please provide your booking reference number and reason for cancellation. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for any required returns.

3. Refund Processing

  • After cancellation, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation.
  • You will be notified of approval or rejection of your refund request.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Bank or card processing times may vary.
